NYSSBA is looking for student exhibits that highlight students' and teachers' creativity in three categories:

Student Support Initiatives

Note: NYSSBA has negotiated room rates. Housing opens on August 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. More information can be found at www.nyssba.org/convention.

Your display must remain in place and staffed during show hours.

Thursday, October 22: afternoon, hours 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, October 23: all day, hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Student Exhibit Details

Student booths are provided at no charge to the district
Booth includes: 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, ID signage
Includes twelve (12) student registrations and three (3) supervising adult registrations (students must be supervised by adults at all times)
Listing in our Convention App and Website
Limited Wi-Fi suitable for checking email
Space is extremely limited
Student booths will be assigned beginning May 8
DOES NOT include: internet, electricity and audio-visual needs. These are available for separate fees through the Exhibitor Service Kit to be released in Summer 2026.

August 11: Booth Staff Registration/Housing Open
October 10: Booth Staff Registration closes
October 22: Move-in: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
October 22: Expo Open: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m
October 23: Expo Open: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
October 23: Move-out: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
